Return Policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your products, however we will accept any non-used products as per the below:

You have a maximum of 30 days after receiving your purchased item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition in which you have received it, unused and in its original packaging with all labels and tags. A receipt / invoice or other proof of purchase will be required.

Should you require to return any item, you are requested to contact us at info@lolasstore.com.

We will acknowledge your request and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE:

  • Custom products (personalised items)
  • Personal care products: children’s make up, due to hygiene reasons
  • Products on special offer

Timeless Toys Ltd.reserves the right to cancel any orders up to the point of delivery for products that have been listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or contain incorrect information or typographical errors or are unavailable for any reason.
Our policy on refunds, returns and cancellations does not affect your statutory legal rights.
